educational regulating bookThis is a great read and very educational on regulating anxiety and feelings that come up。 This is great for a child to use as a tool for learning about regulating emotions and just coloring and relaxing。

I have a young daughter in mental health counselling。 I read this book with an open mind。 She struggles with boundaries since she will please others before taking care of herself。 I am happy to find something that will compliment her counselling。 I want to focus on that primarily with her but there is other very useful information in the workbook。 I will admit, my three children, AND myself can benefit from the "radical acceptance" idea。 As an adult, I can catch myself worming away from things t I have a young daughter in mental health counselling。 I read this book with an open mind。 She struggles with boundaries since she will please others before taking care of herself。 I am happy to find something that will compliment her counselling。 I want to focus on that primarily with her but there is other very useful information in the workbook。 I will admit, my three children, AND myself can benefit from the "radical acceptance" idea。 As an adult, I can catch myself worming away from things that are "hard to swallow"。 I am going to increase my awareness around this and help to coach my children on this, especially in a society that promotes instant gratification and constant diversion。 。。。more
